This site is operated by Profit and Fees, based in Spain. We provide free online calculators and educational content for ecommerce sellers, creators and small businesses. For any privacy-related question or request, contact us at privacy@profitandfees.com.

Information you provide directly

When you contact us by email or fill out an optional form, you may share your name, email address and the contents of your message. We use this information only to respond to you and to follow up on related correspondence.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, our hosting provider and analytics partners may log:

• IP address (anonymized where required by law)
• Browser type, version and language
• Operating system and device type
• Referring URL and pages visited
• Date, time and duration of your visit
• Approximate geolocation (country/region)
• Interactions with calculators (which inputs you touched — not their values)

Calculator inputs

All calculations run entirely in your browser. We do not store, transmit or have access to the values you enter into any calculator unless you voluntarily share them with us (for example, by emailing us a screenshot).

Ezoic

Analytics providers

We use privacy-friendly analytics. Where we use Plausible Analytics, no cookies are set and no personal data is collected. If Google Analytics is enabled, we configure it with IP anonymization to limit the data shared with Google.

7. Data Retention

Analytics data is retained for 14–26 months depending on the provider. Email correspondence is retained until it is no longer needed for the purpose for which you contacted us. If you subscribe to any future newsletter, your email is retained until you unsubscribe.

8. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards approved by competent data-protection authorities.

9. Children's Privacy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
