You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Profit and Fees from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Termination
